Wake Forest Pride Fest Vendors

Pride Parade

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Wake Forest's Inaugural Pride Celebration!

​

This event will be held in Downtown Wake Forest (E Owens Ave & S. Brooks St)

We will have handmade items by artists, food trucks, entertainment, a kid zone, and more!

 

Applications are due by September 2nd.

This is a rain or shine event.
Vendors must be in security of their booth, and cannot hold Wake Forest Pride or the Town of Wake Forest responsible for theft or damage.

 

By submitting an application the vendor hereby releases all liability and agree to hold harmless Wake Forest Pride and The Town of Wake Forest, their employees or Board of Directors for any injury or loss suffered or incurred by the vendor or by employees, volunteers, or representatives of the vendor in their activities during Wake Forest Pride Fest, including set-up and break-down. The vendor also agrees to exonerate and hold harmless the listed entities from any and all liability for injury or damage to their persons or property caused by the activities of the vendor or its employees, volunteers, or representatives upon said premises, including, but not limited to, any costs, including attorney's fees.

 

A few things to note:
 
1) No MLMs 


2) No 3rd party selling


3) All items must be handmade, vintage, or crafted. We will not accept vendors reselling items

4) Vendors cannot show other artists work who did not apply or did not get accepted


5) Must be family friendly

​

6) Wake Forest Pride has the right to revoke any products that do not fit the 'handmade' requirement or infringe on the authenticity of handmade or do not align with photos submitted during the application process.

Questions about this requirement? Send us photos and we will let you know whether or not your products meet this requirement.


7) Vendors must provide their own tables & tents.

Tents must be no more than 10x10 and cannot have stakes


8) Sandbag weights are required


9) There is no access to electricity for vendors


10) You must attend the entire festival (can't break down early or arrive late)

 

 

A $5 application fee plus any eventeny fees is required with your application and is nonrefundable.

​

Once approved you will be charged the $75 vendor fee plus any eventeny fees. 

Nonprofits will be charged the $25 nonprofit fee plus any eventeny fees. (nonprofits must show proof of 501(c)(3) status)

 

PLEASE NOTE OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: 
 
Markets are rain or shine and are nonrefundable.

 
If you cannot attend an event and know more than one month prior, please request a cancellation in Eventeny by messaging us for a 50% refund.


If you cannot attend an event within one month of the event, please request a cancellation in Eventeny by messaging us for a 10% refund.
