Wake Forest Pride Fest Vendors

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Wake Forest's Second Annual Pride Celebration!

This event will be held October 11th, 2025, 11am-5pm

in Downtown Wake Forest (E Owens Ave & S. Brooks St)

We will have handmade items by artists, food trucks, entertainment, a kid zone, and more!

Applications open March 1st.

Applications are due by September 5th. And will be approved on a rolling basis.

Apply by May 31st >>> notice by June 15th

Apply by July 31st >>> notice by August 15th

Apply by September 5th (deadline) >>> Notice by September 12th
