Wake Forest Pride is dedicated to building community and connection through fun, inclusive, and welcoming gatherings. From game nights and urban walks to creative pop-ups, we create spaces where LGBTQIA+ people and allies can be relaxed, be themselves, and celebrate life together in our hometown of Wake Forest.

Urban Stroll
First Thursday
of the Month at 6pm
Join Wake Forest Pride for an Urban Walk in downtown Wake Forest!
This casual 1.5-mile stroll is a great way to connect with the community, enjoy a nice evening, and show your Pride spirit.
Start & Finish: Freddy’s Bottle Shop
308 E. Roosevelt Ave, Wake Forest
Time: Meetup at 6:00 PM, walk starts at 6:30
Duration: ~30 minutes
We walk a scenic loop through downtown, passing some of our favorite local spots. After the walk, stick around to grab a drink if so inclined at Freddy’s and socialize with friends, old and new. Doggies welcome!




Queer Bookclub
2nd Monday of the Month,
6-7 pm
Queer Book Club is a vibrant and inclusive space dedicated to celebrating and exploring LGBTQIA+ literature and voices. Whether you identify as LGBTQIA+ or are an ally eager to broaden your literary horizons, our club is open to all who share a passion for queer narratives.

Game Night!
There are always plenty of games to choose from but feel free to bring your own. You're also welcome to bring a snack to share if you would like.
Bring a water bottle but no outside drinks are allowed. The Winebrary has a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options for sale.
Wake Forest Pride looks forward to a night full of fun and laughter. Please remember to be respectful of others as this is a LGBTQ+ and family friendly event.
